WE UNDERSTAND ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT.
ALL SALE items are final no returns (if you use a discount code 25% and above it is considered sale). We don't do exchanges, returns or store credits on sale items under no circumstance. Gift card purchases are final sale no exception. BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER WEEK ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE (NO EXCEPTIONS).
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, one-size items, swimwear, white items, leggings or leggings set, t-shirts and all accessories.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Laine Collection.
5. Shipping fees are non refundable.
6. Lainecollections.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a e-gift card sent via email.
If you meet the return requirements Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. We will not take NO DM about a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our facility without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned to our facility without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. Laine Collection is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

2. USPS Priority mail 2-4 business days.
International Orders:

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.
