PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEMS DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH**

AS OF June 1st THERE WILL BE A 10% RESTOCK FEE FOR ALL RETURNS.

We do not provide refunds , however, returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your package. 

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Store credit can be used immediately and never expires.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
  • We recommend using a trackable service such as USPS flat-rate shipping.  
  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.
  • Bodysuits, swimwear,  white item, and leggings and sale items will not accepted
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received.
  • Laine Collection is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

5. sets sold with bodysuits
6. leggings
7. accessories/bags.

Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. We will not take NO DM about a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our facility without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Once approved by a sales representative, we will provide you with a return address to send your return to. Any packages returned to our facility without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.
 
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
 
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
 
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
 
Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled. Discount codes can not be manually applied to an order. Please read all the descriptions and check your order before submitting them.
 
FINAL SALE ITEMS
 
All items purchased during a sale period or using any discount code are considered Finale Sale and can not be returned for store credit or exchange.
 
DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
 
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email info@lainecollections.com within 2 days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your order number to ensure a speedy resolution. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response.
